This interactive cooking workshop in Verona gives you the chance to master authentic Italian culinary techniques alongside a local expert. Working side by side with the Chef, you’ll follow each recipe closely, ensuring a rewarding and collaborative journey through the art of Italian cookery.
You’ll feel completely at ease in the kitchen as you uncover the methods that set Italian cuisine apart. Our Chef will offer practical tips on essential techniques, emphasizing how to highlight the natural flavors of each ingredient for maximum taste with minimal fuss.
Throughout the class, you will create a selection of classic dishes: from crafting fresh pasta by hand to preparing a creamy risotto made with locally grown rice, and finishing with the original tiramisù—a delicate sponge cake soaked in coffee and liqueur, crowned with velvety mascarpone cream.
At the end of your lesson, you’ll sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve prepared, accompanied by a glass of fine local wine, in the company of your small group. You’ll also take home the recipes, so you can delight family and friends with your newfound Italian cooking prowess.
